Shipping & Returns
We will offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase, however, we are not able to accept a cancellation request once the order has been shipped.
All of our products are hand printed, made to order, just for you and may take up to 7 days to design and finalise. However, if you require your purchase urgently (we all love a last minute purchase) please email us at email@example.com and we will happily discuss turnaround times with you.
In the event of any changes to your order, we will email you a revised dispatch date.
Orders are sent out using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service.
Postage for all items is £4.50
Delivery usually takes 2 - 3 business days.
For international postage, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements and we will review the best shipping options for your destination. Please note that if you live in a country where custom duties apply, these will be payable at your own expense.
Return & Exchange Policy

In the event that your order has arrived to you faulty, we are sorry. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt with your order reference number to: email@example.com
We understand if your purchase didn't work for you and a refund or exchange will be accepted within 14 days of receipt (excluding the original postage costs). The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unworn, undamaged and in a re-sellable condition.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for bespoke designs and beanies, unless they are faulty on reciept.
To arrange a return/exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org the following details:
Your order number, full name and postal address, email address and the reason for the return.
Please check all measurements before placing your order. Fabbi is a small business therefore, you will be required to pay the return postage costs.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the returned parcel, minus the original delivery costs.
We always recommend that you obtain and retain proof of postage and send your return parcel via a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.
